Employee John needed help navigating some employer issues. Working with him, we were able to unearth reasonings behind employer actions, his motivations and walked through navigating the issues with the employer practices- good and bad. I coached him through the best ways to speak to managers to engage them positively, not burning bridges unduly and understanding his rights in the matter. He came from our sessions empowered, informed and I touched base with him to keep him accountable.

Professional and Job seeker Asia was having a hard time with rejection after applying to a role she really wanted but was rejected after 3 interviews. Even when she discovered that the organization’s unethical recruitment practices were not unique to her, it still had a negative impact on her self-esteem. Through listening and deep questions we figured out trigger points and began to work on best ways forward - personally and professionally. To Asia, hearing the truth and practical ways forward helped her recover quicker and get focused on her goals again.

Business Owner Henri needed help with recruitment. He’d done this many times before in his 10-year-old business, but something was missing especially with the turnover he kept experiencing, never mind current trends. We had sessions discussing team dynamics, recruitment practices, failures and successes and even team member personalities.
